This is a 1980 Topps Lester Hayes football card featuring the legendary cornerback for the Oakland Raiders. The front of the card showcases an image of Hayes in his iconic Raiders uniform, with his jersey number '37' prominently displayed. The design includes bright yellow borders and a football-shaped nameplate, which has 'Raiders' at the top and 'Lester Hayes CB' below in bold lettering. The back of the card features detailed statistics from Hayes's career up to that point, including interception records and biographical information such as his height, weight, college (Texas A&M), and hometown. The card is raw, showing no signs of significant wear, and is in near-mint condition with sharp corners and minimal surface wear. This vintage card encapsulates Hayes's dominance during the 1979 season, where he led the team in interceptions.
